The Capricorn is a sculptural light fixture inspired by the Capricorn constellation. Six glowing globe bulbs sit on round discs, joined by slender rods in the shape of the stars. The discs vary in size the way stars vary in brightness, so it reads like a page from a star chart rather than a zodiac symbol. It brings your star sign into the house without a goat or a glyph in sight.

It works as both a constellation wall sconce and a flush mount ceiling light, and installs on a single junction box. On the wall it reads as wall sculpture: over a bed, above a sofa or console, or on a long hallway or stairwell wall. On the ceiling it spreads the bulbs out overhead like a night sky. The open lines and round globes have a retro, space age feel at home in mid century modern rooms, eclectic spaces and celestial bedrooms.

Available in raw brass, chrome, black, or powder-coated steel, with mixed finishes to play the discs against the rods. Like all of our constellation fixtures, the Capricorn can be made in any of our 30 colors, from quiet and tonal to bold and graphic. A good gift for a Capricorn, and handmade in New Orleans.
