Octavia Adjustable Sconce

The Octavia is a solid cast brass flower, made in Italy, on a short swivel arm that lets you point the light where you need it. The flower has a fluted, bell-shaped base that opens into soft, ruffled petals, with the weight and detail you only get from real casting. A candelabra bulb sits in the center like a pearl, and the whole thing mounts on a round brass backplate.

Because the bloom angles, the Octavia throws a little more directional light than a standard flower sconce. Tilt it toward a mirror, a reading spot by the bed, a piece of art, or down a narrow hallway. It’s romantic and a little old-world, but the clean backplate and simple arm keep it from feeling fussy. Use one where you need a pretty, focused glow, or install several in a row and angle each one for a wall that looks like it’s blooming. It’s as bright as the bulb you choose.

Finish Options

Each sconce is made to order in our New Orleans studio with your choice of finish:

The raw brass option will develop a warm patina over time, or you can polish it occasionally to maintain its bright brassy glow. Powder-coated shades are durable, vibrant, and perfect for adding a pop of color, while chrome adds sleek modern shine.
