Delivery Issues: “Delivered” But No Package

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, you must notify us within 3 business days of the reported delivery date.

Prompt notice is essential. Carriers can only effectively investigate potential mis-deliveries when they are reported right away; drivers’ route details, scan data, and security footage are time-sensitive.

Before contacting us, please:

  • Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation is correct.
  • Check all possible delivery spots (porch, side door, back door, garage, mailbox, building office, package room).
  • Ask household members, neighbors, or your building management if they accepted the package on your behalf.

After completing these steps, please email us within 3 business days with your order number so we can review and, when applicable, open an investigation with the carrier.

To help move things along quickly, you are also encouraged to contact the carrier directly:

  • FedEx: Report a mis-delivery or missing package using your tracking number.
  • UPS: Use the UPS tracking and support tools to report a missing or misdelivered package or start a claim/trace.
  • USPS: Submit a Missing Mail Search or claim (for insured shipments) as the recipient.

Each carrier has its own formal claims process. Filing a report with them immediately, in addition to notifying us, is often the fastest way to resolve a mis-delivery.

Requests submitted after the 3-business-day window are assessed at our discretion, and options may be limited due to carrier investigation constraints.
