Medium Linear Octavia Chandelier

The Linear Octavia Chandelier combines crisp modern lines with romantic floral detailing for a fixture that feels both sculptural and unexpectedly soft. Slender intersecting arms create a graphic, almost mobile-like silhouette, while the cast brass flower cups add warmth, movement, and an antique-inspired flourish. The contrast between the clean geometry and the organic floral forms gives the Octavia a layered, collected feeling that works beautifully across interiors ranging from mid-century modern and eclectic to traditional, maximalist, vintage-inspired, and color-drenched spaces.

Each flower cup is made from solid cast brass — not stamped metal or resin — giving the fixture a substantial weight and rich dimensional texture. Casting is a mold-making process that allows for the sculptural petal shapes and delicate curves that would be difficult to achieve otherwise. The chandelier is constructed from unlacquered raw brass, which means the finish will naturally develop patina over time. Fingerprints, subtle tonal variation, and aging are all part of the living finish and add to the fixture’s character and warmth.

Despite its sculptural appearance, the Linear Octavia is surprisingly versatile. Its elongated shape works beautifully above dining tables, breakfast nooks, kitchen islands, desks, and long entryways, while the open structure keeps it feeling airy and elegant rather than visually heavy. The exposed bulbs cast light outward and create a warm atmospheric glow that highlights the brass flower details, especially at night.

Each chandelier sconce is made to order in our New Orleans studio with your choice of:

1. Rod material: non-lacquered raw brass, chrome-plated, or black powder-coated steel
2. Flower & Hardware Details Finish: brass 
3. Downrod: We can make the chandelier in a number of different lengths. If you don't see the length needed, contact us!

The raw brass option will develop a warm patina over time, or you can polish it occasionally to maintain its bright brassy glow.
